Annual Meeting

This is the Beacon Hill RPC's annual meeting as described in the bylaws. This meeting will take place at the Brookings County Outdoor Adventure Center. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available.

At 6pm Range Officer sign up begins for the mandatory three shifts per year and to get a new key to the gate. Memberships may also be purchased at this time and waivers signed. Gun raffle tickets ($20) will be available and drawing will take place that night for one of four guns with ammo. A special gun raffle ($10) will be just at the meeting so must be present to win. A thank drawing for gift cards for RO's fulfilling their shifts will also take place.

At 7pm the meeting portion will begin in the archery range where we can seat social distanced. The long range plan will be discussed, elections held, and drawings taking place.
